The Keepsake Queen ships Australia Wide & NZ

Our products are made to order please allow *8-16 days for items to be made. Then they will be ready for Post or pick up the following day. If after the 16th day (our latest process time) falls over the weekend your order will be posted on the next business day (Monday). 

*Processing time during a sale can be up to 3 weeks due to the busy SALE period or from SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER, get in-touch with us via chat BEFORE placing an order if you need your order by a certain date and hopefully we can accommodate. 

Pick up in Caroline Springs 3023, MELBOURNE is available. Select local pickup at checkout (we will contact you via email once your order is ready, please check your junk mail).

Flat rate of $10 for regular post up to orders of $149.99

Free regular postage for orders over $150

Postage to New Zealand is available at $19 Flat Rate. 

 

Express Post $15.50 for orders under $149.99

Upgrade to Express Post for $7.50 for orders above $150

Please check the Australian Post website for the most up to date postage times for Regular and Express Post as we are currently facing delays Australia wide. Your order may take longer than the time indicated to arrive. 

 

 

All our items are posted via tracked Australia Post service. It may take up to 48hours for us to upload and email you your tracking information after they've been posted. Please check your junk mail as some customers find our email is redirected to your junk mail. 

Once your order has been shipped, The Keepsake Queen cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your items or damaged packages. If you would like to add insurance to your order please contact us before your order is placed to give you an insurance code, insurance varies from $3-25 depending on the value of your order.
